Welcome to Struktur Society, the creative dojo.

Struktur Society is a living practice for artists, designers, musicians, and writers exploring how to build, sustain, and evolve their creative identity in a changing world.

Through daily writing, weekly essays, the new upcoming Warriors & Roses podcast, and live AI Mind-Meld sessions, we examine what it really takes to grow, not just as professionals, but as whole creative humans …how to stay aligned, disciplined, and inspired while everything around us shifts.

At Struktur’s core is a simple framework, a creative bullseye of practice:

The Flame (Self): The center, your creative identity. The mindset, awareness, and energy that fuel your growth as an artist and human being.

The Studio (Community): The inside circle, our shared space for practice. A creative dojo where paid subscribers step inside the process: book drafts, field notes, and behind-the-scenes reflections on how identity evolves through the act of creating.

Struktur Society (World) The larger circle. The open ecosystem of essays, podcasts, and gatherings where ideas, stories, and conversations ripple outward…connecting individual practice to collective growth.

Together, they form the rhythm of Struktur Society:
a practice of presence, evolution, and creative integrity.

About Michelle
Michelle Rose is a designer, martial artist, musician, and writer who has spent more than 30 years leading and mentoring creative teams across art, design, and music.

She has guided product vision for The North Face and Columbia Sportswear, and worked with Starbucks brand leaders, including Howard Schultz, as one of the company’s first certified trainers…experiences that taught her how creativity and community thrive when grounded in care, connection, and courage.

A fifth-degree black belt in the Indonesian martial art of Poekoelan, Michelle’s study of movement and philosophy informs her approach to creativity, leadership, and self-mastery.

A lifelong student and lover of music, she has studied voice, guitar, and music theory, reigniting her relationship to music in midlife as part of her ongoing exploration of creative identity …proof that it’s never too late to return to what moves you.

She founded Struktur Society to explore the lifelong practice of becoming who we are …through art, movement, and sound.
